ReadME for uploading files into MIT Seek system

If your file size is below 1GB, you can use the web interface directly at http://fairdata.mit.edu:8010/seek/data/upload/ to upload your files.

Follow steps below for how to upload your data or protocol files larger than 1GB:

1. Click the "Open" button at the top left corner of this page;
2. Choose "Show in File Explorer" to open the File Explorer, where you can find this ReadME file, as well as two sub-folders called "for_datafiles" and "for_protocols";
3. Drag and drop your data files into the "for_datafiles" sub-folder or protocol files into the "for_protocols" sub-folder, respectively. Depending on the network speed, a file in 2GB size will take about a few minutes to get synchronized into the Dropbox folder;
4. Files uploaded in those two sub-folders will be uploaded in SEEK system every night at 12am Eastern Time (ET).
