This website provides enhanced features for accessing the Seek system, which is the central FAIR data repository to manage all the data.

If you are a part of one of the projects managed by NExtSEEK, you are welcome to sign up to join the system. Once signing up, we will send you an email to confirm your registration, and add you to the correct project.

If you are already a member, you can navigate the Seek system to access your data, or login to use this platform for the following operations:

• Upload Sample Metadata by downloading templates and heading to the sample uploading page
• Run Simple or Advanced Searches on samples to view and access your data
• Upload Protocols / Data Files on the Protocol / Data Files uploading page
• Search and download Datafiles or Protocols

This platform will also provide some customized pipelines for processing the data, which is under development
